Based on this, saving the Shariyat in complete, in all times is obligatory. So the other responsible people can be able to achieve it. Except the Infallible ImamA.S., there is not any other choice to protect the Shariyat completely; therefore, the existence of an Imam for all times is necessary. The examples for Infallible ImamsA.S. after the ProphetP.B.U.H. are the Shiia Imams (The Twelve ImamsA.S.) that the twelfth of them is His Excellency Imam MahdiM.A.H.H.A. With believing in His Excellency’s existence in the time of occultation, we can be sure that the reasoning for Shariyat given by the ProphetP.B.U.H and the Imams of the HouseholdA.S. in their presence time are still saved. Based on this the Shiia scholars are not in need of any authentic and necessary resources for deducing the regulations and therefore will not need to deduce based on logical deduction by analogy and justice preference and other doubtful, not authentic resources that are used in Sunni jurisprudence. His Excellency with bringing justice and equilibrium to the world and making friendship and affection in all species, human beings, plants and animals will destroy bad ethical behaviors among people in the world and will be the cause for purification and enlightening of the earth and world. This is to the level that even in fighting between the Imam companions and others, there will not occur any damages what so ever to the environment and this is due to the expansion of knowledge and justice in that time. Hence, the nature and the world will revive and burgeon. Earth will also provide all its blessings resources and fortune. This is because, people will grow spiritually and therefore, will not commit sins, will take care of the environment and will not use increasingly from its resources and thus, they will use it in the best form and preserve it. Now, how is it that some of the western scientists, who have taken the extremes in the environment case, know religion as the danger for it and some others do not take it into the consideration? This is the very field that is less paid attention to, and less research work has been done on it. In this writing, first we notice the concept and also the essence of Mahdavi research. In the continuation, we work on the construction and the systematic matters related to it. This is because there is no unity between these two from the ontological, epistemological and anthropological point of view. The difference between the two is also basic. Liberalism pays attention to the specific group namely bourgeoisie and its presented method is more, artificial. The main obstacle to reach that goal is that liberalism does not act on the reality and from its point of view the humanistic values are fiction; but Islam takes everything into the consideration and pays complete attention in this regard and with respect to humanistic characteristics and qualities gives a complete method for the global government.
